I love Milton Bank, my dad has his account with them for about 40plus years, they were always good to him and it has carried over to me.

Very user friendly
Actual service at the Milton branch is amazing. The staff are friendly and remember your face when you walk in. This low rating is for the app itself. Most of the time I get error messages. Other times the app times out for not loading. This is not user error/ poor connection... but lackluster coding and optimization by the developer. There should be a way to reset your pin. It is 2021 there is no excuse for having such a poorly barely functioning application.
Only app out of all my apps that wont work with my phone...Seems tbey are more interested in pleasing their IT guy than their customers....
Wish the online banking would update as you use your bank card waiting till Monday for it to update sucks
